• We at are a fashion brand, manufacturers clothing with and to a maximum precision, still the property of a garment is directly proportional to fabric, thread used in manufacturing. The temperature while manufacturing of fabric, and garment never matches, the temperature, water PH level, washing conditions of location where garment is manufactured and worn by a customer always differs, may impact the garment to its size, contractions etc. hence does not fall in any warranty/guarantee covers return, exchange or refund. The colors occuring at your screen are output dependent to your screen quality/resolution, and the colors derived from product shoot, model wearing garment shoot, versus the real color of the fabric, texture may differ, hence does not redirects to raise a complaint against Stonegate® and the company operating as ADG Lifestyle Brands Private Limited.
• We/No one can not track how the garment is worn / used, in day or night, while sleeping or while and where, so it falls to the responsibility of the customer only to take the best care of the garment. Use of natural plant based laundry detergent and fabric conditioner is recommended of any Traditional / D2C brand. Read the label instructions of that product before use
• We make every effort to develop/create/reproduce as per the designs of the garment / apparel / products that appear on the Website, as accurately as possible.
