Our BOLD & CLEAR Terms & Conditions are as:

1. The iPhone offer is for only those buyers who fill the form and upload the image as required.
2. The day, lucky draw will be announced we will let you know in your email.
3. Gift iPhone model & type will be decided on the day of the lucky draw announcement.
4. We are a new startup, and we thank you for buying your garment from Stonegate, we will perform the draw and record the video to upload on our website for transparent process.
5. The lucky draw will happen once we sold (10,000-12,000) garments, be it any garment / product (only Stonegate brand under ADG Brands by ADG Lifestyle Brands Private Limited).
6. No. of garments sold are updated every month as : 219 Sold as on 18th Oct 2025.
7. To cross check buyer name, mobile, email and image we may ask proof of existence, proof of background where image was clicked, asking OTP, Adhaar card whatever required at that time for a transparent process.
