Defective & Damaged Product

• We at recommend every customer not to accept any order which seems doubtful, torn, damaged, empty still if anyone at your end has received refer to the next point.
• We at recommend every customer to make a video starting from unopened package and then unboxing your product bought from our website www.stonegate.co.in, as a proof video (continue shot) without break / pause in proper light is required for us to investigate if you have received a defective / damaged or fraudulent product. We will appreciate your efforts and patience in this case. You are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery at : care@stonegate.co.in attaching all image(s) and video(s) for us to investigate. Keeping all stickers/tags//labels intact.

Cancellations / Modifications

• Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Reach us via care@stonegate.co.in to request changes on time.

Stonegate® and ADG Brands as a company and other house of brands, staff, anyone related to us are not responsible for such scenarios.
• Packing and Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
• Copy of canceled cheque for account confirmation is required for us to initiate in case of refund(s), for customer’s benefit only.

• Every apparel / garment / product by is mentioned with SKU number, we match the SKU number with our database, match Label, Tags with our designs and quality standards to understand the original product to consider in case of any kind of complaint(s), if found a duplicate product it will not be considered for any refund or exchange.
• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time of 7 working days.
• Any garment purchased during any online / offline sales (we keep samples for try before buy at offline counters / sales point), offers, or BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns / exchange.
• To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks and innerwear i.e boxers, briefs, trunks etc.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Please check our size chart properly before placing your order, if you have placed an order of the wrong size, it is at your risk, we do not entertain refunds and replacements for wrong size orders placed. Still if you have a genuine reason, a proper investigation process is followed to understand and revert and if found a genuine case, we will entertain your replacement. Shipping charges will be extra applicable in this case. We will appreciate your patience in this case.
• If you are a new / first customer and by chance above case happens, we investigate properly with you in understanding your size (chest, shoulder(s) and length) and may ask track record of previous purchases with other standard brands and if the issue comes in our stitch sizes we adhere to replace your product with similar or near to that garment (in color and style form) in the required size, else if it is proven that you have placed order by mistake, we may be helpless.
• If you are an existing customer of and our database knows what is your size/previous orders with our standard size charts, in that case a proper investigation is required to entertain return, exchange or refund. We will appreciate your patience in that case.
• We do not entertain return, exchange and refund if you say “you did not like our product” as per expectations. Refer to our fabric description, quality descriptions on product page as well available at “know fabrics” page at bottom of the website or click www.stonegate.co.in/fabrics every details is/are transparent, one should understand what is 100% Cotton, what is Cotton Rich, what is Cotton Polyester, what is Polyester Cotton and etc. before ordering your garment/product.
• We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us in case of wrong product delivered versus what you have ordered. We also offer reverse pick-up service for a refund, exchange or return case only. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 85/- will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 85/- will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address of warehouse. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
• So when you are at a stage where your return, exchange or refund case is justified, please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided. All tags should be sent back. If you have filled up the form of offer(s), being entitled for the offer you will be provided with the replacement of another product only, in that case refund is not possible.Still if you want money to be refunded and if you are first customer your data from the lucky draw will be omitted until you buy again and fill the form to enroll for any on going offers.
• We're not providing any kind of Refund on our products.

Self Shipping in case of Non Serviceable Area

• In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

• Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags / labels attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 85 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid as on Oct, 2024 we are not entertaining COD. This refers to the cases(s) eligible for return, exchange and refund.
